ABOUT MISS KIM
(CO-SUPERVISOR)
I have been a proud part of the team at North Dumfries Preschool Co-operative Inc. (NDPCI) since 2017. My eldest daughter attended NDPCI and I fell in love with Preschool! My husband Dustin and I have been married for 12 years, and I’m a lucky Momma to Olivia (11) and Audrey (9). We have three kitties that keep us company at home in Paris – Tucker, Townes and Bubbles. Fun facts about me: I can make balloon animals, I’m vegetarian, and I’d love to move to Nova Scotia one day! I’m looking forward to seeing my old friends back at the Preschool and making new friends too!
ABOUT MISS ALYSSA
(CO-SUPERVISOR)
Hi there! My name is Alyssa and I am the new co-supervisor at NDPCI. I am a busy mom of two young kids! I've been in the field of early childhood education for almost 10 years and am currently working on a Masters of Education. My favourite colour is blue! I love to play in the water. I love to read stories and eat lots of snacks (especially chocolate!) I hope to get to know your family and your child throughout our year together!
ABOUT MISS MALLORY (ASSISTANT TEACHER)
I am so excited to continue working with the Preschool this year! I have been with the Preschool since Spring 2022, so some of my first round of toddlers are now going into their final year. It has been so fun watching them grow! I’ve lived in Ayr for 10 years, and live in a very noisy house with my husband, our 2 cats, and our 2 kids, Madelyn (almost 7), and Koen (3). Fun facts about me - I’m going to school part-time for ECE, have way too many volunteer commitments, and try to make time for yoga and reading when I can.
